Accounts Receivable Specialist

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the accounts receivable process with precision, including invoicing,

collections, and reconciliation

• Generate and distribute accurate customer invoices in a timely manner

• Follow up on outstanding accounts, negotiating payment arrangements to ensure

positive financial outcomes

• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies with attention to detail

• Monitor aging reports, proactively communicating with customers regarding overdue

payments

• Collaborate with internal teams, including the finance department, to ensure seamless

and timely processing of receivables

• Maintain organized documentation and records related to accounts receivable

transactions

• Assist with financial reporting and analysis to support company objectives

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in accounts receivable or a related financial role

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
